Lost and Found by Oliver Jeffers

Has anyone read Lost and Found by Oliver Jeffers? It is a simply beautiful children's book about a lonely penguin and a determined boy. The illustrations are stunning.
Well, the book has been adapted into an animated film! First Where the Wild Things Are and now Lost and Found. I'm so happy that great children's literature is receiving the recognition and esteem that it deserves.
Thank you to tiny&little for originally posting about this!

Oh my! Thank you for posting this!! Hubby and I have been reading to our daughter in utero (we're very excited first time parents) and one of our favourites is Lost and Found. The trailer is adorable; can't wait.

This is one of Gavin's favourite bedtime books (and mine too). Such a lovely little story.

It sure is a wonderful story....although my heart breaks a little for the penguin in the beginning :(

How about The Great Paper Caper? Has anyone read that one, also by Jeffers?

Hey Auntie Sarah! You actually gave that book to Carter & Malorie. They love it (Carter especially cause it has a penguin in it) I can't wait to show them that clip.....
