Koo & Poppet GIVEAWAY!

Welcome to my first official giveaway! I'm very excited. The winner will receive this one-of-a-kind Koo & Poppet bear:
This bear is made with a very beautiful dark green (almost black) natural wool fabric, and accented with a beige linen tummy and beige wool face.
Now, I'm assuming many of you are very familiar with how these giveaways usually work, but here's what you need to do to qualify:

1. Post a comment (make sure you leave me some way to contact you) in which you provide a name for this little bear;

2. Link back to this giveaway either from your blog or twitter page (or even facebook);

3. Join the friends list down the right sidebar of this page

I will name a winner on July 31st from a random draw!

HI Sarah! How wonderful!! (I hope I win!)...what a lovely bear...I shall call him "Monsieur Forêt"...just cause he looks a little french, and is sporting his lovely dark green attire. If I win, please contact me via http://shirleysillustrations.blogspot.com and I'm going to brag about your contest on my blog...although I secretly don't want anyone else to try to win. : ) Ha!
Thank you so much for your offer of help re: the children's book industry - and your kind comments on my post...I will think of questions and email you...I SO appreciate your help!

Charming Bear. He’s tenderly handsome and I would name him Charles because his dark green almost black coat creates an “all business” look which demands admiration from all the other bears in the forest of misfits. Charles likes to take long lunches on company time, give powerpoint presentations and carries a light tan breifcase made of faux squirrel. He dislikes garlic.

If you chose me….you can reach me you know how to reach me.

Yours in Needlepoint,
Nicole Christine

This little guy is pretty much irresistible (as are all your other misfit creatures!) I would call him Humphrey... not sure why :-) And I have to say, I love that he seems to be a book lover!

I'll make sure to post a link on my blog back to your giveaway (you can find my contact information there, should I be the lucky winner!)

I would name him Dr. Doctor because my son has an upcoming appointment with a Doctor by this name (and spelling) and it makes me smile everytime I look at it on my calendar. This little guy makes me smile too, just like all your sassy creations.

As a child growing up Dr. Doctor knew he was destined for something he just couldn't figure out what it was.

Sarah,
Thanks for including me in this giveaway! I went stratight to the irish names (he is green after all)... and I think this little guy is a Dermot (deer-mid) which means "without enemy". Perfect for a cuddly green bear. Good luck to everyone!
