I mentioned once before that cooking is not my forté.
Lucky for me, some things are simpler than others.
Like this fresh and summery quinoa salad:
(look how organized I am! I'm using little bowls for separate ingredients! progress!)
the ingredients are simple:
- organic quinoa
- cucumber
- mango
- peas
- slivered almonds
- pepitas
- cilantro
- olive oil and lime juice vinaigrette
yum!
